Post Workshop De-Brief (1 hour)

This one hour 1-1 intensive session is designed to follow on from a workshop attendance. During this session we will focus on your individual circumstances, work through strategies relevant to your specific goals and develop an implementable action plan, individualised to you.

An invaluable way to consolidate what you learned at the workshop and provide accountability in the follow through phase.

Free Health History Session (45 minutes)

This free session will involve you completing a comprehensive questionnaire relating to your health and well being status followed by a 45 minute discussion around your responses to the questionnaire.

This discussion can be via phone, Skype or in person. At the end of this session I will let you know what you can expect from our 6 month coaching program and whether I think we would work well together.

Choose to Thrive - 6 month Health Coaching Program

This bespoke program is designed for ladies who are experiencing dissatisfaction in their life and health, are ready to take positive action towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life but just don’t know where to start.

The 6 month program will explore in depth the 12 key themes unique to our Choose to Thrive program. These themes are based on the Personal Growth Compass Tool which is a measure of the degree of balance in these key aspects of your life.
