Conscious health and wellbeing for women
Hi! I’m Michelle – Physiotherapist specialising in women’s health and wellness with more than 15 years experience as a health professional. I have a Masters degree and Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy, a Health and Nutrition Coaching Certification and a Pilates Instructor Certification. I work with women with a wide range of issues including:
- Pelvic floor dysfunction
- Pelvic pain (including vulvodynia/vaginismus)
- Continence issues
- Painful sex
- Post-partum abdominal separation (diastasis)
- Pregnancy related issues (including pelvic girdle pain)
- Post-partum recovery/return to exercise
- Breastfeeding issues – mastitis/blocked ducts/nipple trauma/back pain)
- Over-active bladder/Bladder Pain Syndrome
I have two beautiful young children who ensure my life is a hyper-colour rollercoaster ride of laughter, tears, frustration and joy….often all within the space of half an hour. I believe that making a genuine connection based on empathy and shared experience is more powerful than knowing “all the stuff”.

I found the Choose to Thrive Career Clarity workshop to be inspiring, educational and empowering. It was a nurturing gift to myself and a break away from my busy working Mum life. I highly recommend to anyone interested in attending that they do.
